New Castle Hotel employees that are currently enrolled in a post secondary program at a university or community college in one of the following multi-year programs – Tourism / Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts or Golf programs are encouraged to apply for the HOSPITALITY & CULINARY STUDENT BURSARY AWARD PROGRAM.
